Defective items
Received a faulty item? We'll make it right.
Delivery within Singapore
- Delivery is free for all orders within Singapore.
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details by email.
- We are an online-only store and do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
International shipping (Southeast Asia)
- We ship to countries across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and Thailand.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight.
- Import duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns for defective items
We check every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll help.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
