What fabric are your hijabs made from?
Our hijabs are made from liquid jersey, a lightweight knit with a smooth, fluid drape and a gentle stretch.
Are the hijabs see-through?
No. When styled, our hijabs provide full, opaque coverage.
What size are the shawls?
Our shawls are one size, approximately 180 × 70 cm, long enough to wrap and cover the chest.
Do I need to iron them?
Liquid jersey drapes smoothly and needs minimal ironing. If needed, use a cool iron.
Orders & delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is free for all orders within Singapore.
Do you ship outside Singapore?
Yes, we ship across Southeast Asia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. Local delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet. Cool Hijab SG is online only for now.
Returns & care
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns for defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.
How do I care for my hijab?
Hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water, wash with similar colours, do not bleach, and hang to dry in the shade.
